The Audi Q7 V12 TDI is the most powerful diesel SUV on the road, with 368kW of power and an incredible 1000Nm.

This powerhouse leads a more elegant and efficient range of Q7 models which have arrived in Australia – pitched as a high-performance vehicle for leisure and business.

Audi A8 Word Premeire At Miami Beachorr

Audi will unveil the new Audi A8 on the eve of the world’s most important art and design fair at the Audi Pavilion in Miami Beach. And it's only a few days away!

Audi today announced that the culmination of its 100th anniversary celebration will be held at the world’s most important art and design fairs, Design Miami/ and Art Basel Miami Beach. At this prestigious event, Audi will reveal for the first time the all-new 2010 edition of the brand’s flagship sedan, the Audi A8. The reveal will take place at the Audi Pavilion, a temporary museum structure built on Miami Beach in proximity to the iconic Fontainebleau hotel. The reveal and exhibition will coincide with the Vernissage of “The Art of Progress” exhibit, which itself is inspired by key attributes of the new A8, as well as the Audi brand’s core philosophy.

“Since our inception, Audi has embraced progress in the quest to create groundbreaking technologies and deliver new ideas to the road. Just as artists make it a mission to work for the untold future, so does Audi design to be relevant not just today, but for many years to come,” said Rupert Stadler, Chairman of the Board of Management, Audi AG. “The new Audi A8 embodies everything Audi stands for: fascinating innovation, uncompromising perfection, consummate craftsmanship, iconic design and new ways of thinking. This is why we chose to present this car in this progressive environment while continuing our commitment to fostering design culture and the arts.”

Audi A7 Sportback: First Pictures

audia7sportback.jpg

Here are the first pictures of the Audi A7 Sportback and it looks like they are taken directly from inside Audi's development facility. No need to say, but it's a must see for all Audi fans.

Underlining the A7’s driver appeal is an imposing radiator grille and at the rear, the hint of an aerodynamic spoiler. The completely undisguised machine has been spied nearly 12 months ahead of its launch at 2010’s Paris Motor Show.

But the newcomer won’t just offer a dramatic look – insiders at the Ingolstadt company say it will also raise the bar even higher in terms of interior quality. The cabin is set to get fully adjustable benches front and rear, as well as four and five-seat layouts. Plus, the A7 will showcase cutting-edge technology, including the second generation of Audi’s MMI cabin control system.

Audi e-tron

Audi e-tron Concept
Future In Progress

FRANKFURT — Audi is into electric cars after all.

The German automaker has been one of Europe’s most strident champions of diesel technology and has repeatedly voiced its doubts on battery electric power and hydrogen fuel cell technology. But at the Frankfurt Motor Show on Tuesday, Audi unveiled the e-tron, an electric-car concept.

The e-tron, which looks to be a cross between a TT and an R8, carries four electric motors, one at each wheel (which makes it four-wheel drive, of course) and a horsepower equivalent rating of 313.

The e-tron uses lithium-ion batteries developed with Sanyo, and Audi says the car will be able to travel nearly 150 miles on a charge, even with the air-conditioning — actually, a heat pump — running. Accelerating from zero to 60 miles an hour will take 4.8 seconds.

Audi says the car is very much a concept, although some prototypes are expected to be on the road next year and there will be “a small build” of series production models in 2012.

Audi R8 Spyder: First pictures found!

The all new Audi R8 V10 Spyder:

Yet its stunning design is unbelievable compared to her inspiring cousin, Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder.

Without any official information to go off of, we can't comment on weights and measures, but we do know Audi will only be offering the Spyder with the Lambo-derived 5.2-liter V10, putting out 525 hp and 390 lb-ft of torque. On the styling side, there's not much to report. Along with the removal of the roof, the sideblades have been dispatched in favor of a duo of scoops ahead of the rear wheels, while the windshield gets framed in brushed aluminum and a set of vented bulges trail off from the seats.
